(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to the theft of thousands of dollars in construction equipment from a Gresham church.  Police arrested 43-year-old Gabriel Deere for the theft October 26th from the church off Northeast Kelly Avenue.  Police say he stole a mini excavator and a loader worth 80-thousand dollars.  Police say they've also identified a second suspect but have not arrested him.
