(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in connection to a shooting that critically injured another man last month in northeast Portland.  Police arrested 27-year-old Jaron Moody Tuesday for the shooting October 25th near Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Monroe Street.  He's facing charges of second-degree attempted murder, among other charges.
