(Eugene, OR)  --  Three people are injured and a suspect is dead following a shooting in north Eugene.  Police say the shooting happened yesterday afternoon following a neighborhood dispute that got out of control.  Police say it appears a man around the age of 70 shot three people before turning the gun on himself.  An investigation is ongoing.
