(Portland, OR)  --  A convicted felon is facing new charges after allegedly getting caught with a loaded gun, cocaine and methamphetamine.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers were conducting a traffic stop on 21-year-old Darin Carter Tuesday when they made the discovery.  Police say a search of the vehicle turned up a loaded revolver along with more than 62 grams of cocaine and more than 19 grams of meth.
