(Gresham, OR)  --  Police say they've made a second arrest in connection to the theft of thousands of dollars in construction equipment from a Gresham church.  Police arrested 40-year-old Michael Schroder yesterday morning, less than a day after arresting 43-year-old Gabriel Deere.  The two are accused of stealing a mini excavator and a loader worth 80-thousand dollars from the church off Northeast Kelly Avenue on October 26th.
