(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for the owners of several stolen items after arresting a car prowling suspect in southeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says they caught the prowler Sunday morning near Southeast 9th Avenue and Oak Street.  Among the stolen items recovered are a bicycle and several tools.
