(Portland, OR)  --  Police are offering a cash reward for information in connection to a four-year-old homicide case.  Police say they're still searching for suspects in connection to the shooting death of 26-year-old Laray William Seamster in north Portland exactly four years ago yesterday.  Crime Stoppers is offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information leading to an arrest.
