(Cow Lake, OR)  --  Police are searching for the suspect responsible for illegally shooting and killing a bald eagle.  The Oregon State Police says the eagle was found dead last Thursday in Lower Cow Creek.  Wildlife officials examined the eagle's carcass and discovered it had been shot with a firearm.  The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information leading to a criminal conviction.
