(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland-based Craft Brew Alliance is now fully under the ownership of Anheuser-Busch.  Anheuser-Busch has signed a deal to purchase what parts of Craft Brew Alliance it didn't already own.  The deal values Craft Brew Alliance at over 320-million dollars and is expected to close sometime next year.
