(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is being called one of the nation's best cities for singles looking to mingle.  A new report from WalletHub ranks Rose City fifth in the U.S. for unmarried adults.  WalletHub compared more than 180 cities across the nation on 35 factors, including restaurant meal costs, beer and wine prices and movie ticket prices.  Atlanta, Georgia came in first place, followed by Denver, Colorado in second and San Francisco, California in third.
