(Portland, OR)  --  A wood burning advisory remains in effect this morning due to stagnant air conditions.  The Multnomah County Health Department issued the advisory yesterday.  It remains in effect until noon today.  Residents are asked to limit unnecessary burning activity until the advisory is lifted.
