(Keizer, OR)  --  In-N-Out Burger could open their new Keizer location within a month.  The burger chain announced yesterday they're hoping to open their location at the Keizer Station by the middle of December.  In-N-Out notes the date isn't set in stone just yet.  They plan to announce the official date within 48 hours of opening the restaurant.
