(Portland, OR) -- The Oregon Court of Appeals is striking down the state's ban on flavored cannabis vaping products. The Willamette Week reports the court issued the ruling yesterday. The court struck down a similar ban on flavored nicotine vaping products last month. The ruling was in response to a lawsuit from vape shop owners arguing their business was going up in smoke thanks to the ban. Governor Kate Brown issued the temporary ban last month in response to a nationwide outbreak of vaping-related lung illnesses.
