(Portland, OR)  --  A new affordable housing building in Portland's Lloyd District is now open for business.  A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held yesterday for the Louisa Flowers Affordable Housing Building.  It's the largest affordable housing development to open in Multnomah County within the last 50 years.  The facility will provide 240 homes for low-income families and individuals.
