(Portland, OR)  --  Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden says Donald Trump is "the most corrupt president in modern America history."  The former vice president made the comment during a private fundraiser Saturday in Portland.  KATU reports Biden's main talking points during the fundraiser included putting the U.S. back in the Paris Climate Agreement, ending wealth disparity and restoring respect and dignity to the White House.
