(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Police Bureau is warning residents about a scam artist who's impersonating a sergeant and calling people up demanding money.  The bureau says the scammer is calling up realtors and identifying himself as Sergeant Pete Simpson.  The scammer then threatens the realtor with an arrest warrant and demands bail money.  Police say the scammer is likely targeting realtors because their phone numbers are easy to find online.
