(Portland, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is meeting with Washington Governor Jay Inslee today to discuss the aging I-5 bridge over the Columbia River.  The governors will meet in Vancouver, Washington, where they're expected to sign a "memorandum of intent" to revive the Columbia River Crossing project to replace the aging bridge.  Officials say the current bridge poses seismic risks and is a source of major congestion.
