(Portland, OR)  --  A Tigard man is facing several charges after allegedly opening fire on another driver during a road rage incident in Southeast Portland two months ago.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested 22-year-old Hai Vo late last week for the shooting in September.  Police say Vo and another driver exchanged "words and gestures" near Southeast 82nd and Powell Boulevard on September 22nd before Vo pulled out a gun and shot at the man.  The other man was not injured, but police say he did find a bullet hole in his car after the incident.
