(Salem, OR)  --  Sentencing is scheduled early next month for a man convicted in connection to a crash that killed a mother and four children two years ago near Salem.  Court records show Favian Garcia accepted a plea deal yesterday for the crash that killed 25-year-old Lizette Merano-Perez and four children ages two through eight in October of 2017.  Police say Garcia was drunk when he crashed into their car on Highway 99 East.
