(Portland, OR)  --  A convicted felon is facing new charges after police say they caught him with meth and a loaded gun.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested 34-year-old Raymon Nath last Friday during a traffic stop on North Vancouver Way.  Police say a search of his car turned up a loaded gun under his seat along with more than 51 grams of methamphetamine.
