(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Vancouver teenager is recovering from injuries after being hit by a car while using a crosswalk.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says the 17-year-old was crossing the street near Lake Shore Elementary School Monday when a driver crashed into them.  The teen was rushed to a hospital, where doctors say he's expected to survive.  Police cited the driver for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
