(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a missing and endangered woman.  The Vancouver Police Department says Jessica Santiago was last seen Monday.  Police say she's considered endangered because she left her home without her medication.  She's described as five-foot-five and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes and is wheelchair-bound.
