(Wood Village, OR)  --  A dump truck driver is dead after being struck by another vehicle while standing outside his truck on I-84.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's office says the dump truck driver had pulled his truck over to the shoulder of the highway and was standing near it when another driver crashed into him before hitting the truck and rolling.  The dump truck driver died at the scene, and the other driver suffered minor injuries.
