(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a shooting and car crash in north Portland.  Police say multiple people were inside a car when it veered off the roadway at North Fessenden and Berkley Avenue and crashed into a tree last night.  Several witnesses then surrounded the victims as they emerged from the crashed vehicle.  Police say that's when one of the crash victims got nervous and pulled out a gun, opening fire to scare the crowd away.  No injuries were reported.  It's not yet clear if any arrests were made.
