(Beaverton, OR)  --  A fifth-grade student from Beaverton is being named Oregon's 2020 Kid Governor.  KTVA reports Raaga Mandala from Jacob Wismer Elementary School was awarded the honor yesterday.  She was chosen out of 20 applicants across the state.  Mandala says she hopes to use the position to help find permanent homes for the homeless.
