(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into an early morning shooting in north Portland.  Police responded to the 2500 block of North Williams Avenue around 3 o'clock this morning on reports of shots fired.  The shooting is believed to have happened at the Unthank Plaza Apartments.  It's not yet clear if anyone was injured.
