(Beaverton, OR)  --  Classes are cancelled today at a Beaverton middle school following the discovery of asbestos particles in the main gym.  The Beaverton School District says Highland Park Middle School is closed for the day.  It's not yet clear where the asbestos came from.  The district is having an environmental consultant over to take air samples from all classrooms, hallways, bathrooms and office at the school.
