(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man in connection to an incident during demonstrations in downtown Portland last year.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested 37-year-old Shaun Clancy Wednesday for first-degree criminal mischief.  He's accused of hitting a vehicle with a baton during a demonstration on October 6th of 2018.  Police say he was carrying brass knuckles and a stun gun when officers arrested him.
