(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a teenage girl who died during swim practice at a recreation center in Hillsboro.  Police say 14-year-old Nabila Maazouz was found unresponsive underwater following swim team practice at Shute Park Aquatic and Recreation Center Wednesday night.  Attempts to resuscitate the teen were unsuccessful.  It's believed she'd been in the water for at least 20 minutes.  Maazouz was a freshman Oregon Episcopal School and a member of the Liberty High School swim team.
