(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a shooting near a homeless camp in southeast Portland.  Police say a man was shot in the arm around noon yesterday near Southeast Flavel Street and 92nd Avenue.  He's expected to survive his injuries.  Police are still searching for a suspect.
