(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in connection to a shooting in the Parkrose neighborhood.  Police arrested Brandon Johnson Sunday night for the shooting near Northeast Rafael and 106th Avenue.  Police say Johnson claims the person he shot at was trying to steal his car.  No injuries were reported.
