(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man in connection to a massive four-alarm fire that destroyed two buildings and several vehicles in northeast Portland back in August.  Police arrested Allen Singerhouse late last week for the fire that started as two small fires near Northeast 82nd Avenue on August 26th.  Police say the fires were intentionally set.  Investigators say Singerhouse has admitted to starting the blaze.
