(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Vancouver, Washington man is accused of raping a teenager in Sandy.  The Sandy Police Department says officers arrested 22-year-old Michael Luna late last week after allegedly finding him and a 14-year-old girl naked inside a vehicle on Creekside Loop near Tupper Road.  Police say the girl told officers they'd met on Snapchat and that Luna knew her age.  Police say Luna later confessed to the crime.
