(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead after walking into the roadway of I-84 and being hit by two cars.  The Oregon State Police says 32-year-old Kevin Burrows-Ellebsberg of Idaho was killed in the crash Saturday night just east of Cascade Locks.  It's not yet clear why he walked into the roadway.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
