Man Gets 6 Months For Harassing Person Over Sexual Orientation

(Portland, OR)  --  A 45-year-old man is facing half a year behind bars after harassing someone over their sexual orientation.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says Rodney Rodell Henry was sentenced yesterday to six months in jail for the incident a few days before Portland's Pride festival in June.  A jury convicted Henry of second-degree intimidation for verbally and physically harassing someone because of the rainbow bandanna hanging from his backpack.
