(Banks, OR)  --  A former high school assistant softball coach in Banks is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a minor.  Police arrested 22-year-old Madison Soper yesterday morning on several charges, including sexual abuse and luring a minor.  Soper worked as a volunteer assistant softball coach at Banks High School during the 2016-2017 school year.
