(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is dead and two other people are seriously injured following a crash in Clackamas County.  Oregon State Police say 37-year-old Aleksandr Sukhoy was killed in the crash on Highway 224 near Eagle Creek Sunday night.  Police say he was driving west when he crossed into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle.  Two people inside the other vehicle were hospitalized.
