(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County commissioners are considering a ban on all flavored tobacco and nicotine products.  Commissioners heard testimony from both supporters and opponents of such a ban during a public hearing last night.  The county health department has recommended an all-encompassing ban on flavored nicotine products.  The commissioners are expected to make a decision sometime early next year.
