(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are reported following a house fire in southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to a home near Southeast 23rd Avenue and Southeast Start Street yesterday morning for a fire on the porch.  Investigators believe the blaze may have started in a nearby tree.  An investigation is ongoing.
