(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who injured a woman and her dog in southeast Portland.  Police say the woman was walking her dog near Southeast Belmont Street and Southeast 20th Avenue Monday morning when a car crashed into them while they were using a crosswalk.  The woman suffered a fractured knee and other injuries, while the dog suffered injuries to his paws.  Anyone who witnessed the crash is urged to contact police.
