(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing several charges including DUI in connection to a deadly hit and run crash in Gresham.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says 38-year-old David Thomas Haugen is being charged with manslaughter, DUII and hit and run for the crash that killed 21-year-old Zachary O'Leary late last month.  Police say O'Leary was using a marked crosswalk at Northeast Halsey Street and 192nd Avenue November 23rd when Haugen crashed into him and continued on his way.  O'Leary died at the scene.
