(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly luring a group of people behind a restaurant and then opening fire on them.  Police arrested 28-year-old Najee Scott on three counts of first-degree assault.  He appeared in court yesterday.  Police say three men were working on a car for a mobile car repair company in the Hazel Dell area on November 9th when Scott approached them.  Scott allegedly asked them take a look at his car behind El Tapatio restaurant on Northeast 63rd Avenue.  When they arrived, Scott and another suspect allegedly started shooting at them.  No injuries were reported.
