(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing more than two-dozen sexual abuse charges for the abuse of multiple children in Washington County.  Police arrested 42-year-old Michael Hern this week on multiple charges of rape, unlawful sexual penetration and first degree sexual abuse.  Police say the charges date as far back as 2001.  An investigation is ongoing.
