(Seaside, OR)  --  A man is facing a DUI charge after allegedly destroying an electric vehicle charging station while driving recklessly in the Seaside Outlet Mall parking lot.  Seaside Police say 33-year-old Ricky Criss was driving recklessly around the parking lot Sunday when his car's engine caught fire near an electric vehicle charging station.  The fire spread to the charging station, destroying it.  Responding officers say his blood alcohol content was point-one-eight-percent, which is more than double the legal limit.
