(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot and killed by police in southeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 51-year-old Koben Henriksen was killed in the incident Sunday in the Hazelwood neighborhood.  The bureau says Officer Justin Raphael shot Henriksen while responding to reports of a suspicious incident near Southeast Stark and 103rd Avenue.  An investigation is ongoing.
