(Portland, OR)  --  A new In-N-Out restaurant location is opening its doors today in Keizer.  KATU reports the new Keizer location of the fast-food burger chain will open for business at 9 o'clock this morning.  In-N-Out says they plan to have employees out directing traffic in anticipation of high customer turnout.
