(Portland, OR)  --  A Clackamas County man is accused of sexually abusing three young girls, and police believe he may have had additional victims. Police say 63-year-old Michael Wayne Champagne has been indicted on several charges including rape and sexual abuse.  Anyone with any information regarding his dealings with children is urged to contact police.
