(Beaverton, OR)  --  The City of Beaverton is adopting a climate action plan in line with the Paris Climate Accords.  The city announced a plan yesterday with the goal of helping to prevent the global temperature from rising more than one-point-five degrees Celsius.  The plan includes 86 action items, such as achieving net zero emissions for electricity by the year 2035.
