(Portland, OR)  --  New details are coming to light regarding a man who was shot and killed by police in southeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 51-year-old Koben Henriksen was armed with knives when Officer Justin Raphael opened fire on him Sunday in the Hazelwood neighborhood.  The bureau says police were responding to reports of a man walking in the street with a knife near Southeast Stark and 103rd Avenue.  An investigation is ongoing.
