(Vancouver, WA)  --  Health officials in Clark County are confirming their first case of vaping-related lung illness.  Clark County Public Health says a woman in her 40s suffered a lung injury after vaping products containing nicotine and THC.  The case brings Washington state's total number of vaping-related lung illnesses to 21.  Oregon has had 20 cases, with two of those cases resulting in death.
